Me, Myself and I - to date.

Born in Newcastle, moved to North Wales at 6 months old I grew up in a Welsh community, among the hills and sheep. I attended a Welsh primary school where I started learning Welsh. At 7 my family and I moved to South Wales to live in an outdoor education centre which my Dad ran in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. I enjoyed many outdoor activities such as canoeing, climbing, caving, surfing and family skiing holidays.
At the age of 16 I found myself moving to sunny Bournemouth after completing my GCSE's to attend Bournemouth college to study A-levels in Psychology, Sociology and Media studies. Being young, 16 and living away from home I put my friends and going out before my studies and soon found myself dropping out before finishing my first year.
In 2007 at the age of 19 I gave birth to my daughter- Maria and enjoyed being a first time Mum. In Sept 2009 I starting a hairdressing course at Bournemouth College and thoroughly enjoyed it to begin with.
May 2010 I decided to move back to Wales to be closer to my family and I enrolled on an Acces to Social Welfare Diploma in Ty-coch College, Swansea which I passed with flying colours in June 2011.
So this brings me to where I am today. Having succesfully forfilled my ambition of getting to university and studying to become a teacher, I find myself sat in an ICT lesson writting my first ever blog!! :-)
